Property Management Vancouver Services and Prices

We offer very competitive prices, with different rates for different services offered. Our most popular package is our Property Management Lease-Up Service with three year contract. We do not charge any lease up fees for this service. From there we charge only 10% of rents collected. If we don’t collect, we don’t get paid! We challenge you to find a better deal out there.

Great rates and personalized service are what you will find with us. We are a fully licensed brokerage with the Real Estate Council of BC, and are fully licensed to manage rental properties and strata buildings anywhere in BC.

Property Management Vancouver FAQ’s

Do you manage fully furnished units?

Yes, we will manage fully furnished units, but we require a 6 month-1 year lease from any tenant. We don’t offer short term services at this time.

Do you need to be licensed to manage properties in BC?

Yes, all Property Management and Strata Management Brokerages in BC must be licensed by the Real Estate Council of BC according to the Real Estate Services Act. All Rental Property and Strata Managers must be licensed as well. There are many illegal Property Management companies out there. Buyer beware!

Do you offer discounts for multiple suites?

Yes, if you have numerous units in the same complex.

Do you charge HST?

Yes, we charge 12% HST.

Can you rent out my unauthorized basement suite?

Yes, we will rent out basement suites, as long as they meet our safety requirements. As investors ourselves, we realize that basement suites are keys to cash flowing, and we are experts in this area.
